I have not moved into the building yet but have signed my lease and just wanted to say how much of a breeze the leasing manager Debbie made that process. It is truly the perfect location in Downtown Dothan, situated just a short walk from everything we need, including coffee shops, restaurants, live music, Porter Park, and the Opera House. Good evening, I’m just going to get straight to the point of my frustrations with this management as well as the property. 1. Management claims to have veterans (disabled or not) backs when in reality, God forbid, you run into financial trouble or anything that can easily be communicated with the management- the management takes it too far after SAYING they (Joel/Debbie) would not.
