They got me a last minute car rental an hour before they closed on a Saturday. The whole process was super fast and easy, and my deposit was refunded to my bank account quickly. I would absolutely go back in the future if needed!

I call spoke with Representative who was kind professional and very respectful explain in detail the process of renting a car. When I arrived called spoke with Olua, representative came down from the office show the selection of cars that was available. I chose the one I liked, gave my information. It was done over the phone. Was approved and even signed on the phone. I was given the key's off I went. Had no trouble with car had for a week. I found a very decent 2010 Ford Escape from Car Now and every thing went smoothly for the delivery of the vehicle. They are very professional , caring, want to give you the best service and are the most interested car dealer in you and your car needs. I can't say enough good things about Jack and Oula, truly one if my best experiences in buying a used car and good quality vehicle. Highly recommend Car Now! Good people.

Only gave 1 because I had too. I waited to write a review to see if what was said in the beginning would be the same in the end and it wasn't. Different stories given to me attitude in the end. I'm not going into great detail about what happened to me all I can say is my friends family friends of friends including enemies, I will make sure they don't do business here I will tell my story to everyone including random strangers. I was in a bit of a pickle, when Enterprise did not come through with my rental car for the Labor Day week. I had a trip planned, everything set, just needed the car for the road trip. Long story short, e called Now and they had a car avay for me at last minute. I the service was professional, the gentleman was very patient due my card declined, bank thought it was fraudulent. Once that cleared I was on my way. NOW car rental will for now on be the place I will rent a car when needed.
