I had a great experience at Novuu Med Spa in the Pikesville area, located in such a nice shopping center. My injector Jess did an absolutely beautiful job! She took the time to listen to me, balanced my face beautifully, and made the little touch ups exactly where I needed them. As someone who just moved to the Baltimore-DC area, I am SO glad a few AI & google searches led me to finding Jess and her team. I’ve been getting Botox/filler/facials for nearly 6 years and have never felt as cared for as I do here!!! Jess was so thorough in our first consultation/treatment, took her time with me, and absolutely delivered. The whole team was welcoming and helpful. I will be back and I can’t wait to see my final results. Can’t recommend enough!
First off, they are so nice there. Im for sure going back for another round of treatment. I went in with forehead lines and now they are all gone. I wasn't too sure about botox at first but with how comfortable they made me feel, I went thru with it and now I'm happy I did. I have been to Novuu for several treatments of microneedling and PRF EZ gel; each time having an amazing experience. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. With every service, they walk through the process, expectations, recovery, etc and make sure I am comfortable.
