I am giving this 3 stars, because well my therapy has been nothing be wonderful Elizabeth and Matt are wonderful with me I cannot say enough good about both of them. My issue lies within the Reception/front of the office. This is an office for people looking for mental health care. They screw up billing constantly. People are going to this place to help relieve their Anxiety and depression and whatnot, not make it worse because people don't know how to do billing and simple accounting. Took good care of me, helping with any questions on my condition and any other possible ones. Dr. Goodman encouraged me to reach out if there's anything else that I should need help with and to follow up as I improved.
Extremely disappointing place. My provider and the receptionists need a lesson in treating clients with courtesy and at least acting like they actually care about them.
Just the worst, they don’t know how to do their job
This is the worst place to go to. I would give zero stars if I could. I felt so small and insignificant when going here for testing. I felt like my feelings were not at all validated and the tester literally told me I was wrong for feeling a certain way. Dr. Goodman looks like the kind of man that would have been best friends with Freud himself.
