Friendly front desk receptionists , great place for trauma therapy and EMDR with Carol , awesome psychiatrist who really listens to your opinions on medication and how your feeling along with working well with therapist .
If I could give this place lower than one star, I absolutely would. My mental health is in a pretty shitty place and I forgot a few appointments, totally my fault - but apparently this leads to them refusing to help. He will no longer assist with my med management. It took forever to find a therapist and a med manager and they may have gotten me in quick, but they don't care. Dr. Goodman was a delight to work with during my testing that lasted a few hours. He answered every question I had during the diagnosis process and we had some good laughs. My provider since, Matthew Payne, has also been awesome and I'd recommend him for anyone who is seeking answers about their mental health. He's easy to talk to, listens to your concerns, and cares. I was given a diagnostic report with someone else's personal information and name included with my assessment. (This seems to be a reoccurring HIPAA violation with this office after reviewing other reviews here) The assesment results given were surprising not only to my family but also to my PCP. (I was sent for neurodivergence testing) This was a very disheartening experience.
