My first consultation seemed the right approach to market our home at fair market price and in keeping with recent sales in FP. Unfortunately the was not followed by the “sales” person. The home was not exposed to ML and I was told to make counter offer to a very very low bid. Home sold at a loss N - not happy with Novus and you will not be either,

Great realty. Danny Maggi went WAY over and above to make sure our house was sold and closed. The sale process involving permitting and inspections was extremely frustrating. Danny walked us through the whole thing, communicated all the ups and downs in a timely fashion; even meeting contractors when no one else could. Service like it used to be.
