Only giving 1 star because I have to. Really bad company, avoid at all costs
Novus was meant to be doing some paint work on our property, they don't do their job properly and are very slow at doing it. Also they just sit in their car most of the time. I've been seeing them outside my house over the past two weeks now. Always find them on their phone or listening to music and just passing time. They don't look professional at all.
. Novus solutions painted my balcony (with partnership with Citizen) and it was agreed that I will be not in but they will use the ladder to get into balcony . They have ruined my balcony furniture but I was also reimbursed for it too... Wish it would never t have happened but it's one of those things

THEY COMPLETELY RUINED MY BALCONY FURNITURE, they STEPPED on MY CHAIR and left PAINT MARKS ON IT AND ON BALCONY TRAIL. completely senseless, I just don't know how someone would do this ? Why to ruin someone else's property just because they are not in??
