If I could give less I absolutely would.. the treatment is fine but I have spent numerous hours in the phone undoing their billing errors and then have to endure rude people in the office who act as if I am the problem.. This is a multi office business and ran very poorly which is sad since my daughter loves her provider and the assistants... I truly hated leaving this review but I am not being helped or responded to otherwise Since this review my child and I have been targeted.. I believe the office is very unprofessional..... read more
There’s a young lady at the back (Kaytlin or however you spell that) that’s real rude and unethical. My 16 year old daughter was so uncomfortable because Kaytlin was rude to her when I wasn’t present. Do better please.
I have had terrible experiences with the Rome novus orthodontics office. Let’s just start with the first child. I took there. They had to reschedule an appointment that didn’t lineup with my day I had to work so I ended up canceled one appt and then missed one do to my father passing.
