My daughter has been coming here for her invisilign and she had two three choices to pick from she choose Novus Orthodontics we travel further out the county because we always see friendly receptionists, professional and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental services. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and answering all of my questions.
If I could give less I absolutely would.. the treatment is fine but I have spent numerous hours in the phone undoing their billing errors and then have to endure rude people in the office who act as if I am the problem.. This is a multi office business and ran very poorly which is sad since my daughter loves her provider and the assistants... I truly hated leaving this review but I am not being helped or responded to otherwise
We like the outcome so far, but feel like the staff could be friendlier. If I did my homework I would have went to Foundations. I'm not feeling the love.
They the best went in on my first day 3 weeks ago got the care I need then next day got my braces on my teeth and I’ve been feeling better than ever when I smile now so happy with this dentist office yall team is the best….
