I have had terrible experiences with the Rome novus orthodontics office. Let’s just start with the first child. I took there. They had to reschedule an appointment that didn’t lineup with my day I had to work so I ended up canceled one appt and then missed one do to my father passing. 34yo with braces and palate expander, almost finished with treatments. The entire staff is kind and pleasant to interact with. The establishment is clean and relatively quiet. I am never kept waiting for long - this is one of the most efficient doctor's offices I've ever been to. Parking is great. I always appreciate working with Audra because of how well she can minimize pain with her techniques! She also has an incredible amount of patience to deal with all of my questions.
