You will be over paying for water 100and over... never have I ever paid water over 100. I don't have a washer or dryer. Plus I called the water company and they told me its based on what the community usage as a whole... they will lie to your face about it... They said it's based on apartment size but thats a lie i have stayed in 4 bedroom homes with multiple people and have never piad over 60$ a month for water... maintenance fixes things and leaves it unfinished always saying they will be back tomorrow and never come...Nee... read more
