have been without hot water for 4 months, a month or so ago they thankfully got rid of the incompetent maintenance staff, but seemingly refuse to hire new staff leaving the one man who knows what he’s doing to deal with 100+ units alone. our renters rights have been continuously violated since mid way through our lease. thankfully my lease is up soon, i will be moving out the day of.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! haven’t had hot water in 4 MONTHS!! when maintenance was sent to fix it they BUSTER OUR PIPES AND NOW WATER IS LEAKING FROM THE WALLS. Power bill is over $1k for a 2 bedroom and leasing office won’t do ANYTHING to help. roach infested and so much more.
I have only been here for two nights. I will start with the positives. It’s quite here, and I absolutely love the location. The apartments are spacious, also. The ladies in the leasing office are professional, welcoming, and nice, also.❤️❤️❤️❤️ Now for the negatives. After signing my lease, I will as given a paper to go through the apartment and list any damages I find so that I won’t be held accountable at move out. 5 Stars – Outstanding Service and Friendly Staff! I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. They are absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel so valued as a resident. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and support they’ve provided. Highly recommend this community!
