The introduction to the property was well done and very professional. Thanks to the assistant manager Mr. Ashraf Balboul. He was very professional and thorough in his presentation of the property and made it a comfortable and worthwhile experience.
The place is nice but letting me know the Friday afternoon before I move in that my apt wasn’t ready and I have to take another apt was not professional.
This place has more car-wheel theft than anything redeeming to even write about it. If you have a nice car don't even think about moving here. The local rim stealing gang will make sure you don't have them anymore. Staff seem generally unfriendly most of the time and confused and didn't do anything about it until a group of tenants had to form up a group and confront the staff about it. I lived at this apartment complex from November 12, 2024 through June 16, 2025. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing—primarily due to an ongoing roach problem which was never remedied. At first, sightings were infrequent, so I didn’t think much of it, but later the activity increased significantly to where I was seeing roaches daily. We recently attended a poolside party at The Echelon of Odenton and it was yet another example of how much the management truly cares about creating a strong welcoming community. The event was planned well. There was upbeat music, great food, and a friendly atmosphere with much attention to detail. Everyone seemed as though they were having a blast and it was the kind of gathering that really brought neighbors closer together.
