I had a really good experience at Novus yesterday! Getting tested can be nerve-wracking, but everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I especially want to give a shoutout to Arath, the phlebotomist. He was awesome! I’m usually not a fan of needles, but I seriously didn’t even feel him draw my blood. He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel at ease the whole time. While I was waiting for my rapid results, he even offered me coffee or water, which I thought was really thoughtful. I just found out about this place and am so happy I did. I got a same day appointment. the staff was so inclusive and kind. walked me through everything in a timely and professional manner. The LPN Mary -Beth was so gentle and they explained everything perfectly to me. The NP Tim was accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. The front staff was eager to help with the wheelchair lift and made this experience inclusive for people with disabilities.
