I had a really good experience at Novus yesterday! Getting tested can be nerve-wracking, but everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I especially want to give a shoutout to Arath, the phlebotomist. He was awesome! I’m usually not a fan of needles, but I seriously didn’t even feel him draw my blood. He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel at ease the whole time. While I was waiting for my rapid results, he even offered me coffee or water, which I thought was really thoughtful.
