Our experience building with Novus Homes was extremely frustrating and, overall, very disappointing. While we expected some minor issues during a build, the number and seriousness of problems we encountered went far beyond that. During construction, we identified multiple issues that we felt should have been picked up by the site supervisor. From start to finish, which took about 12 months, we were impressed by the high-quality workmanship and the entire team's professionalism. Excellent home builder, we built our home with Novus. About 12 months of double-storey home construction. I am a chartered structural engineer & I visited the site nearly every week. High quality workmanship, very responsible owner & supervisor (Paul & Sam). Wonderful administrator (Lara) & brilliant designer (Adam). Home completed in 2020. 5 years later and we have 0 issues. We are very grateful to Novus Homes.
9 Months, 100+ Contacts, and No Resolution Our experience with Novus Homes has been nothing short of a nightmare. After nine months (post-handover) and over 100 emails and phone calls, we are left with a home that has fundamental issues the builder has failed to fix. Moved into our beautiful home in October 2022 and still are so incredibly grateful we chose Novus to build our home & for the wonderful experience we had. I wanted to write another positive review to say how incredible the follow up maintenance is. Recently we had a minor roof leak and Novus respond right away and send someone out to fix it.
