If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I was a former patient of Dr. Brian and recently returned for help with some mental health concerns. Instead of offering support, he dismissed me with the suggestion to “get my life together,” ordered some labs, and then failed to follow up. Despite the lab results clearly showing concerning findings, I never received a call or any explanation. Poor follow up/poor patient care. Saw provider in late May/early June, got 30 days script for daily maintenance medication. Follow up appointment set for 90 days. Called to get script sent for July, told had to be seen in order to get script. Scheduled for AFTER out of initial 30 day script. Saw provider July 9th. Apologies and new script sent July 10th to pharmacy, then RECALLED by provider with no contact. By time this was resolved pharmacy could not fill. Because of nature of script, cannot transfer. The quality of NOVUS's services has been mixed in the year and a half that I've been a patient there. The facilities are new and clean. The customer service personnel have been invariably helpful, cheerful, and present. The amount of automated texts and phone calls can be annoying. I had a good relationship with my primary care provider. My appointments went smoothly and without significant delay. Do I recommend NOVUS? In certain areas, yes. Medical... I don't think I can at this time. There are strong and weak attributes about NOVUS. Joy at the front desk is superb. Super strong, walks with purpose. Katie in the food panty.... what an absolutely kind soul! But again, walks with purpose... I am in and out.
