I attended this establishment because the reputation was already good. Dayna was an absolute super star for customer service. In the nicest possible way she wangled a speedy same day part delivery to match my super tight schedule. Attitude, professionalism, friendliness and getting it done. Unbeatable. An amazing team, highly professional and a good laugh. Travelling from wellington, stone flicked up cracked window. We phoned in advance said we would arrive by 3pm,didnt arrive until 415pm due to an accident and road closure at Karapiro and it wasn't a problem at all. Amazing service from the time we spoke to Malcolm. Highly recommend. Thanks heaps! Enjoy the shortbread.
Awful customer service. 8:08am, I called to book in my car for windshield replacement under insurance due to edge to edge crack, admin person advised they need to wait for insurance company to approve before they could book and once that had been done they would call me. 12:09pm, I hadn't heard from anyone so I called back, was advised still waiting for insurance company and I could follow up with them myself; I called my insurance company who didn’t know what Novus were waiting for as the claim was already approved, and t... read more
Outstanding service and great customer service from the Novus Westgate Team, they helped me with my heavily chipped windscreen and ordered a new one so quickly! Fast installation. Would recommend them than the other well known company. Thanks so much!
Our vehicle had had a chip repair done a couple of years ago at Novus Westgate. The repair failed recently, went back to Novus Westgate, end result was a new screen put in under warranty, rust repaired around windscreen frame on vehicle( our cost).
