I went to Novus Glass to repair a rock chip in the middle of the windshield 1st thing this morning. Even though I did not book any appointment, the front desk lady was able to help processed the ICBC claim and have the repair done right away. The repair took about 20 minutes. I did not have to pay. I am pleased with the result and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for windshield repair in Vancouver.
