Everything about getting my windshield replaced at Novus was easy. They filed my insurance claim on my behalf in advance of my appointment, followed up to determine if I have lane assist, drop off and pick up were fast and efficient. And they were empathetic to the frustration of a rock cracking my windshield on a bridge!
Been a repeat customer (unfortunately!) Once for a chip repair, and once for windshield replacement. Both times I received excellent service- quick, smooth, and efficient! Scheduling was easy and there was great communication from the very helpful team. Will return for if required!
