Phoned Novus West Auckland as had an insurance claim for a chip in the windscreen. Told me to bring car in straight away, which I did. Sat while they fixed it. Fabulous service and wonderful staff. Highly recommend. Thanks Novus.

Went to replace left wing mirror glass kn my VW Tourag and wasn't happy with the cut and fit of it after driving with it for a day. Went back in and got an aggressive response from the installer who ripped it off and said "come back later" I explained that we had driven 30min to get there and wondered a time to then be told very curtly "I guess the job I'm doing will have to be delayed then" Replaced and looking almost identical to the other so am happy with that but the customer service was a huge letdown

The worst !! Would never recommend. Did an appalling job on my windscreen. They made excuse after excuse for the crap job, which didn't stake up. Funnily enough both times I had to go there, I noticed there were no other customers, speaks for itself. Went to Hamilton Windscreen who did an amazing job. You can see the difference in the photos.

Really impressed with Nova glass. The two receptionists made me coffee Calmed me down and the workshop repaired my car very speedily and exceptionally reasonable priced. Turned my day around Thank you so much With grateful thanks for a professional service.
