I needed my car window repaired following a break-in and was directed to Novus through ICBC. I was extremely impressed by their urgency to help and get the window fixed next day. JJ was very helpful and provided quick quality work. Thank you JJ, will be back in future as needs arise.
I just came for a chip repair covered under comprehensive, so can't speak to quality too much, but the manager told a customer the work would take too long (parts supply issues) so advised him of the best thing to do, despite potentially losing the work. Honesty is in short supply these days, it's nice to see some here.
They did a great job and I really appreciate it. Thanks again!!
