I went in to fit my own rear quarter glass on my car, they did a quick and amazing job with adding the rubber around the glass and making it look great at a very reasonable price. The staff were also very friendly.

Great service, but poor cleanup I had my windscreen replaced today at Novus Glass Palmerston North. The customer service was excellent, and the job was finished earlier than expected. However, I was disappointed that no cleanup was done afterward. There were broken glass pieces left on my dashboard and seats, and rubber guard waste was also left all over the dashboard. A bit more attention to cleanup would have made this a perfect experience.

Called into the branch asking for help... windscreen box. Spoke with the kind lady at reception & then a man presented himself holding said box... He's said "all yours mate no charge and safe journey" To me, that's real genuine, old school customer service. They were both caring people. They helped me out big-time. Bloody Legends.

Insurance job done well. They called me to give good feedback on timing for pickup. No complaints.

Good service but final result was a bit lackluster. Service was amazing. Only 1 stars due to installment. First round of tints was bubbly and not cut correctly, had them come back and was replaced swiftly but left scratches all over my glass from where they scraped the previous tints off (they did have trouble getting it off). The installer tried to say the scratches were already there (they weren’t, as this is something I would have noticed the first round of tints also had photos). They have not been in contact to repair. ... read more
