Paul was great to work with. He professionally installed a new windshield after a big name competitor had failed 2X. I am glad my insurance allowed me to switch to NOVUS. I will use them again
Paul was great. He communicated promptly through the entire process of scheduling. Did a good job installing the windshield and had the guy who recalibrates there right as he finished. He came to my house and was a delightful human. Go out and support this local business! He travels from Glen cove to Montauk. $400 cheaper than the corporate glass installers too. 10/10 will recommend
Paul was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He replaced my windshield in my driveway was very clean, and was able to reconnect my sensors and cameras after replacing my windshield. I would highly recommend him for any of your glass needs.

Great experience! Paul made replacing my windshield easy, was diligent and thorough with my repair and made sure to have the correct windshield during repair. Consistent in communication as well!
