I could not be more impressed with my whole experience at Novus. From the kindness and helpfulness on my first call, to when I walked out of there with my glass replaced. The woman who does front desk/office management was absolutely lovely, and so helpful. The man who worked on my car (wish I got his name) was also not only great at what he did, but very warm and personable. It was a great experience
I had my windshield replaced and these guys did awesome. I called in, gave them my keys, and then in the next 3 hours they fixed my windshield. I wish there was an option for 6 stars because not only did they fix my windshield super quick, they offer free car shuttle services and they even wiped down my car as well. I was impressed and really appreciated these little details. Thank you to Jacky and the man that never got the name of.
