Had my v8 commodore in for a new windscreen after fixing some rust around the window seam the then went on to swirl God knows what all over my bonnet leaving damage , also was damage from hands and fingers purposely sliding on my paint causing damage on front guards rear spoiler and boot ,also alot of metal filings and dirt left all around my dash and all over my leather interior, they had some back yard paint "expert" tried to buff it away but this has not worked , poor workmanship and very poor service and no respect for o... read more
Had a front window done through insurance, novus was very quick to respond, book me in and replace. Staff were very nice and kept me updated as well as I was away. Truck is nice and tidy and even took the extra time to reattach my phone mount, even though it was a stick on and didn’t think it’d be able to put back on.
The three front windows of the caravan needed replacing. I called in and they said they could do the job from start to finish: measure, order windows from overseas, and install them. The quote was considerably cheaper than the ones provided by companies specialising in caravans. Was all smooth sailing. Was a pleasure to deal with Shane and the team. Highly recommended this business.
Had a 1977 Classic front screen replaced by Then 18 months ago , damage new rubber and poor fitting resulted in going to another Novus branch in Chch to get it fixed and they also failed to do it correctly . Novus are out of their depth doing Older vehicles . Getting it done by a retire glazier when a replacement rubber arrives from the UK .
Windscreen was replaced on my wife's car. Came back to the car with the stereo cranked. Sport mode engaged and glass everywhere. Chrome mouldings removed and replaced with a uni moulding. Scratches on one exterior pillar on the paint work and also the bonnet. I've tried to contact with regards to this and have received no response. Unfortunately I will never return to a Novus again.
