Was rung by Shannon to arrange an appointment for a stone chip repair. She has a phone manner that is so engaging, so helpful and so genuine that she could give a lesson to receptionists everywhere. I hope she is well recognised for her talent and personality. These attributes can not really be taught so congratulations to Novus on their cunning selection of this young lady to be one of their “front desk” people. I was pleased to be able to compliment her personally on my visit. Cheers to all
Service was ok on a Monday it takes 30mins to repair but mine had broken glass all over the back seat 1hour tops which was still great they just drove it around the front park up and set the alarm on and handed the keys back to me and have a great day which was totally awesome thank you Novas for fixing my window keep up the good work.
