Great service. A 3 to 4 hour windscreen replacement was completed in 2 hrs. The whole process, from contacting the insurance company to making the appt. with Novus was very straight forward. Highly recommend.
Fri 17th Oct 2025: Frustrating. Arranged an on-site job, evidently it wasn't properly in the system at Novus. No show yesterday. I ring today and am treated like I was somehow at fault. I expected something like "oh, our mix up sorry about that let's re-book that asap". But there was no acknowledgement whatsoever regarding Novus' error. Booked again for next Thurs, supposedly their next available mobile slot, a full week from what was the original organised day.
