I never leave reviews but left extremely frustrated today. Had to wait a week for my windscreen appointment to be told that they couldn’t fix the chips and windscreen would have to be replaced so would need to book another appointment. The lady at the desk was about to let me leave without booking me another appointment which mind you after asking to book wasnt for another additional 7days. Just had a chip on my windscreen repaired. Great job and the receptionists are amazing.
Had one vehicle that I had to book in 3 times to get a windscreen replaced because they couldnt drop a hand brake on a manual ute to shift it back 1 meter. no they apparently needed keys. Even thoughit was unlocked for them.... Then went to get another vehicle done by these guys and instead of giving a set time they gave 15minutes notice no one was able to meet them and they told me i had to reschedule another booking..... Yesterday, I had my side window glass replaced. I had previously booked an appointment with another supplier, but they delayed it by three weeks. When I came here, I got an appointment within the next two days and the glass was fixed quickly. They also cleaned all the broken glass from inside the car. The staff were very friendly.
