Very happy with the service to replace my windscreen as an insurance job from Tower. Booking was via easy phonecall, job was completed in 3 hours and the weren't that booked up. Efficient and friendly place, my first experience of Novus and it's better than the other places I've been forced to use by other insurance companies Update 2026. Reduced to 2 stars.
