Prompt service even though I was in no hurry. They did an excellent job of fixing chips in my windscreen and super friendly.
Really good service. Weren't able to do the job themselves but went out of their way to give me the cntact details of someone who could. They didn't have to, but took the time to help. Since heard some pretty bad comments about other branches and spoken to people first hand against issues arising over warranty repairs and refusal to fix there mistakes. Seems not all branches are thus good.
I had my window screen replaced wow what fantastic friendly stuff the service was outstanding I highly recommend Novus levin thank you so much for such a awesome service

Brock and Tilly couldn't be more helpful.🙏 We got a window🪟 chip💥 just north of Levin. Within an hour ⏰️ they had welcomed us into the workshop 🚐 and repaired our glass. Back on our way to our way with a very happy dog 🐕 in tow. Lots of pats.🐾🐾🐾 Thank you for making our day🤩. I hope you get a bonus💰💰 or pay rise. You guys are fantastic
