Brock and Tilly couldn't be more helpful.🙏 We got a window🪟 chip💥 just north of Levin. Within an hour ⏰️ they had welcomed us into the workshop 🚐 and repaired our glass. There was a damage in my interior after getting my windscreen fixed. I rang up reception and asked about it, the lady at reception got defensive with her raised voice and could not explain to me the damage….I put this review on and she called me back and asked me to take it down. Lady please work on your customer service skills.
We consulted Novus Levin recently when our Kia windscreen was damaged... They looked after the insurance claim, contacted us when they said they would, did the replacement when they said they would, and Watene did a quality job of the old screen removal and new screen fitting. I recommend them as a well organized professional business!
