Good service but final result was a bit lackluster. Service was amazing. Only 1 stars due to installment. First round of tints was bubbly and not cut correctly, had them come back and was replaced swiftly but left scratches all over my glass from where they scraped the previous tints off (they did have trouble getting it off). The installer tried to say the scratches were already there (they weren’t, as this is something I would have noticed the first round of tints also had photos). Poor communication both internally and with clients. Dropped my car off this morning and was told I'd get a call once it was ready. I ended up having to call them at 4:30pm, only to be told there were delays and they'd call me back. I waited, but no one got in touch. I called again at 5:20pm, left a voicemail, and still heard nothing. Eventually, I had to call again at 5:50pm myself to be told it was ready (not sure when it was ready). Had a rear door glass panel replaced by them. Job was done quickly and customer service was great. Unfortunately the door left with lots of little dents from the inside it didn’t have before it went to them. I’d rather have the car on the road then back in the shop to have it repaired so I won’t be asking them to cover the damages. Also it’s just a Corolla. But safe to say I won’t be going back when they’ve just replaced a glass panel but damaged the door panel.
