Excellent service by Raymond. They ordered the window once the appointment was booked and it was all fixed and cleaned in a couple of hours. I recommend!
Can’t say enough good things about the service of Raymond and his crew. Unfortunately we needed a windshield replacement in the midst of a trip from Toronto to Cabot Trail and return. Raymond went out of his way to fit the replacement into our schedule and complete the work exactly as promised. We are very grateful to him and Novus Glass.
I had a cracked windshield, had it replaced only to bring it home and find out that it was installed too high and the molding on the top was sticking up, it looked horrible and the manager told me that this would go down on its own in a couple of weeks, he said I'm not just saying that because your a woman... I went to other windshield places and they informed me that it will not go down on its own because it wasn't placed properly, when I brought my vihicle back I told them and they took the windshield off and put it back o... read more
