Very frustrating booking process. Made online booking, got no call back, not very helpful when call was made to them. Edit - After reaching out to other glass repair shops, the quote given by novus was also over $400 more expensive than the next most expensive quote. This was for a simple van front window with no electronics etc. Review changed from 2 to 1 star.
