Awesome service and helpful staff
Contacted Novus after receiving no contact from Smith and Smith. After filing out their easy form online, Novus contacted me over the phone to confirm my selected appointment less than 5 minutes later. Appointment was scheduled for Wednesday but their mobile service was free and they phoned to see if I'd like it done today (Monday) and we're promptly round 15 minutes later and had my windscreen chip fixed both promptly, effectively and professionally. Highly recommend
Absolutely A++ service. We got a stone chip that cracked our windscreen as we were leaving on holiday. The staff at Novus West Christchurch were absolutely amazing. 2.5hrs later we were on our way with a new windscreen.
