In the nicest possible way she wangled a speedy same day part delivery to match my super tight schedule. Attitude, professionalism, friendliness and getting it done. Unbeatable. Had my BMW glass replacement, routed via AA Insurance. In first instance they found the new glass delivered had a crack. So they got the new one from ChCh. This whole time they communicated well. At the end glass was replaced and the whole service gets 5 star. I was initially a bit worried but I think NOVUS team IN Westgate is super helpful
