I attended this establishment because the reputation was already good. Dayna was an absolute super star for customer service. In the nicest possible way she wangled a speedy same day part delivery to match my super tight schedule. Attitude, professionalism, friendliness and getting it done. Unbeatable. Outstanding service and great customer service from the Novus Westgate Team, they helped me with my heavily chipped windscreen and ordered a new one so quickly! Fast installation. Would recommend them than the other well known company. Thanks so much!
Had my BMW glass replacement, routed via AA Insurance. In first instance they found the new glass delivered had a crack. So they got the new one from ChCh. This whole time they communicated well. At the end glass was replaced and the whole service gets 5 star. I was initially a bit worried but I think NOVUS team IN Westgate is super helpful
