Excellent service from the Novus team. Went in on a Tuesday evening for an assessment - was advised that my windscreen couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced entirely. Mark guided me through the insurance claim procedure and it was remarkably easy. He managed to order in an exact replacement for my classic BMW and got it sorted within a few hours on Friday the same week. He was also communicative and helpful throughout the entire process.
Showed Novus my crack they didnt fix it. But replaced the windscreen quickly within the time frame needed. Thanks
