Great service and repair was quickly done
Glass repairs. Great.. however, if the break or tighten your rear vision mirror so that it breaks when you try move it they do not accept liability. Absolutely ridiculous. Very annoyed with Novus. Never had an issue with our wing mirrior prior to the windscreen installation. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Do better Novus Timaru.
The absolute best service from Novus, from the first call to them everything was taken care of for me including the insurance, window screen was replaced the following day. Excellent friendly service. Thanks again.
