Exceptional staff, service I've received was very timely and more than fair. No qualms recommending this establishment. Believe the best part is friends helping a friend.
We had a huge crack and needed a replacement, so we went with NOVUS Glass, and we are so glad that we did! They drove us home and then picked us back up when the car was finished!! The customer service was absolutely phenomenal, everyone down to the owners were very personable and friendly, like we were long time friends!!! I will definitely refer them to everyone we know here in Wyoming!!!
The BEST! The entire team at Novus is absolutely phenomenal. Brooke and James will make sure you’re well taken care of from start to finish. Top-notch work, reasonable pricing, and they even offer a shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up if it’s a longer repair and you need to leave your car or just don’t have time to hang around. Great people, great service, and a business I’m always happy to recommend!
They got me in quick. Worked with my insurance smoothly. Replaced my windshield and a few weeks later, repaired a chip and crack in it for free. Friendly service. Highly recommend.
Had problems with the sunroof mid trip, they helped diagnose and gave a temporary fix free of charge. Really good people and great service too.
