The team at Novus Glass was so friendly and professional. They provided the quickest auto care service I've ever experienced. From the moment I walked through the door they were attentive and ensured the multiple rock chips were taken care of in my windshield. I was out the door and back on the road in less than 20 mins. These guys are fantastic! The rear view mirror on my Mazda CX5 came loose from the box when I tried to adjust it. When they tried to fix it, they discovered the place (not them) that had replaced the windshield a few months ago had replaced the box incorrectly. It took them a lot longer than they expected, so THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME! I tried to argue, but they said no, just send glass business their way. So that's what I'm doing!
