Great service.
Had one of their windshields installed one month ago. Sunday.got a rock chip which immediately cracked in two directions. Took it in first thing Monday morning but they would not honor warranty. They said I have a one year warranty. According to them they needed to fix it Sunday when they were closed. Very poor quality windshield and worse customer service.
If you want awful customer service and twice as much as you'll pay other places, this is the place to go! The front desk lady was rude to me, but nice to the dude that came in after me. Maybe bc im a female and she thought he was a cute dude. Who knows. Also, when my vehicle was done i seen the dude bring it around and put the keys on the counter. My insurance company connected me with Speedy Glass, which turned out really well. While they came to my home to replace my windshield, Phil measured for a few new windows in my house. They called and arrived exactly as scheduled, made it easy for me to pay over the phone, and accommodated my work schedule, not requiring me to be present for installation. The new windows are great and very affordable. Couldn't have asked for better service!
