Quality Work & Customer Service ! Just want to thank Jay from Novus Glass Mentor for replacing my windshield. I really appreciate that you came to my home to do the work, returned all my phone calls and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Jay was very professional and friendly and he did a thorough and detailed installation on my windshield. No damages and no leaks!! I would recommend Novus Glass Mentor to all my friends and family. Worst Window Installer I Have Ever Used! Leaks in 3 different areas. Window trim is bubbled 1" to 2" away from body. Jay at first said he would re-install the window out of his pocket. He gave me the run around for several months. When I finally got a date set up for him to do it, Jay calls and said he wanted $100 for the re-install and another $60 in supplies. Beware of this guy. He is very shady when it comes to actually fulfilling a guarantee.
