Positive thoughts – Recently worked with this company and had a great experience. From the research I've done, it seems there have been many satisfied clients. Sadly, it is the ones who are openly angry who take the time to broadcast negative views more often. The properties I have visited have proven to be high quality and located in desirable areas. Greedy, No Integrity – I have worked with Novus representatives on two occasions, concerning two lease sites, and have found them to be both unprofessional and dishonest. You will find more integrity working with a used car salesman. Believe me, their properties are average quality and their terms are egregious. They have also apparently been involved in some pretty underhanded development schemes, and there are lots of angry people all over the internet who have many choice words for the CEO Jonathan Browne.
Wonderful experience – I’ve had great experience with this company. I’m a bit miffed by the comment above from previous reviewer! We have been a tenant with Novus for over 5 years now, and have had no problems. They extended a fair TI allowance upon our initial move-in to allow us to personalize our space. They’ve also provided prompt, friendly service upon reporting any problems in our space. Highly recommended!
Worst Developer Ever!!! – If you're interested in eminent domain, want to be told one thing but then get another, like ongoing requests for more money, and don't mind extensive delays and substantial bumbling, then this is the developer for you! Sunset Hills has forever put these guys into the memory bank of failed development and ransacked neighborhoods.
