Poor continuity of care and administrative handling. As a long-term patient on isotretinoin, I was left without medication due to inadequate prescribing. When I raised this, responsibility was placed back on me for not contacting the clinic earlier — despite the fact that I had attempted to do so multiple times over several days and was unable to get through because the clinic’s phone system was not working, an issue later acknowledged by the clinic. Novus you are absolutely amazing. My daughter attended your practice with very severe excma. You sat down & talked with her examined her. Gave her a plan to follow with follow up scripts.
