I have been coming to this location for over a decade, since it was the Novus Clinic. Their scheduling system, professionalism, overall organization, and communication with patients is worse than poor. Last year, I arrived at my annual eye exam to two very confused-looking ladies at the front desk who informed me that the doctor was not in the office that day. I love Dr. Mahoney, but unfortunately, my experience with the office staff has been a different story. I was overcharged for services, and none of my insurance coverage was applied toward my contacts. The person who helped me order them seemed to rush through the process, and now I have to spend additional time calling the their billing team to get the overcharge corrected and refunded.
