The actual doctor is wonderful, the brand new front desk staff however is another story. They are incompetent, rude and extremely lazy. Additionally, extremely unprofessional, you don’t cancel someones confirmed appointment because you decided not to do your job. Clarkson Eyecare as a company has been a nightmare to deal with. I will certainly not be recommending this location specifically or this company to anyone ever again, absolutely vile. No wonder they can’t keep proper staff.
A good place to get your eye care done. Clarkson eyecare was formerly Novus clinic which I've been a client of for 58 yrs
I am very impressed with the professionalism shown by the staff at Clarkson Eye Care. Dr Mahoney is so nice and very personable.
Clarkson Eyecare provides great friendly service. They are knowledgeable, thorough and sent results to my primary care provider.
I enjoy going for my glasses. Won't go elsewhere.Everyone is so friendly and polite.
