You never want to spend your night getting a car lockout fixed in a dark parking garage. I was really stressed, but the guy that came was a real pro. He opened the door in less than two minutes without using any of those tools that harm the paint or the window seals. He even waited for a second to make sure I could start the engine and felt safe before he left. The prices were clear, and there were no surprises at the end.
I called Ten Four Towing for aid when my car broke down on the side of the road. The dispatcher stayed calm and swiftly set up a truck to tow the car.
