I was booked in with NOVUS Pukekohe via my insurance company following a cracked windscreen, and like anyone with a specialized vehicle I was quite stressed about the process and apprehensive about leaving its care to a business that I had not previously dealt with. But the team here were very prompt with their communication and the entire repair process was super quick and easy. The new windscreen looks perfect, and I greatly appreciated the team's care with my vehicle.

Wow all the 1star reviews on here are correct. Don't listen to your insurance company if they recommend Novus. Go to Smith & Smith and you will thank me. Novus has been one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Not only did you fail to install the correct windscreen, but during the first attempt, your team damaged my vehicle. You never disclosed any existing damage to one of the pillar panels — instead, you caused additional damage.
