Wow all the 1star reviews on here are correct. Don't listen to your insurance company if they recommend Novus. Go to Smith & Smith and you will thank me. Novus has been one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Not only did you fail to install the correct windscreen, but during the first attempt, your team damaged my vehicle. You never disclosed any existing damage to one of the pillar panels — instead, you caused additional damage. Changed windscreen and got home with a scratched bonnet. The reception staff are nice but the owner is NOT. Denied any damages done without even checking or anything saying 'we never damage any cars' as they are 100% perfect. Deep scratches and light scratches and bubbles inside the windscreen. I had to book in here since the Tower insurance goes straight to their line but avoid at all cost if you can. I will NOT recommend!! Update: Sticking to the same denial without even checking.
