If I could do 0 stars I would, mathew bijoy psychiatrist at sudbury is awful. He never reviewed my chart prior to meeting, as he was always late as well. He says he’s slow this morning so I need to refresh his memory, but that’s ur job dude. He is very opinionated and doesn’t listen. The worst part is he could never EVER remember the medication dose HE prescribed me. He documented the dose wrong on a legal document. Then proceeded to argue with me saying I increased it without him or my PCP did. I felt very unsafe under his ... read more

I've been seeing Dr. Matthew for a bit now and he is great. My problem is that there is no patient portal to contact him for general questions or to request medications. It is super frustrating that I have to leave a voicemail on the main line and hope someone picks it up. Invest in a portal to help improve patient experience.
Wish they were more clear on intake that they only prefer to offer continuous care. People sometimes see several doctors for medication management. I guess I saved myself some time by calling, but if you are a back and forth college student like I am who needs a psychiatrist in your college state, find a different place.
