From the friendly face at the front desk to the congenial nurse who opened my case file, today’s appointment was such a pleasant experience. Meeting Dr. Shahdad was such a delight and pleasure, and although I arrived at the office quite anxious, I left with a feeling of courage. Her kind spirit and willingness to listen was calming. Her medical and diagnostic course of action gave me peace going forward.
Dr. Shahdad provided extremely helpful and careful services, and explained in detail why she made those decisions. Going through many of these review, I must say many of these negative comments were from people complaining that she made the wrong decision, however ignoring the fact that she is the e professional in the room and I personally had an amazing experience.
Dr. Shahdad and her nurse are wonderful. We have been seeing them for several years now. They both listen to our concerns and answer all our questions. Although my mom doesn't ever remember going to see her Dr., once the nurse or Dr. leave the room, she tells me how sweet they are and always gives them a hug when we leave.
Very excellent doctor and staff. Takes her time with her patients and explains everything. She is very thorough. Always enjoy seeing her.
