Not to be trusted! Paid to have my Cub Cadet serviced at the end of the season. DID NOT MOVE IT from the time it was dropped off. Decided to cut one last time and the blade did not engage. They sent service out immediately (GRATEFUL!). The belt needed to be replaced and I was accused of breaking the mower by the service technician. SINGLE WOMAN trusting a small local business. Dropped off my Cub Cadet for an estimate for services. After a week of no phone call or any response from them, I stopped in to talk to Mark at the service desk and was told there were 3-4 machines before mine. So I waited another 10 days and was never called. So finally stopped in and was told still 3 units ahead of me. Not having my lawn mower for almost 3 weeks I finally just decided to pick it up and bring elsewhere. I discovered Novotny Sales & Service a couple of years ago. I have a 15 year old Cub Cadet 50" riding mower and a Husqvarna self propelled walk behind. Their service department is the best around. They are honest and up front on all maintenance and repairs with fair pricing. The machines come back like practically new again. Couldn't be happier from the ease of making an appointment, quick pick up & delivery and how courteous everyone is. Thank you.
Definitely a great place to patronize. Bob the owner goes out of his way to make sure you are a happy customer. Been living in Johnsburg for 26 years and there is no other service or care equal to Novotnys…
