I cannot recommend Novotel Sydney City Centre enough for anyone looking for a stay that combines luxury with an unmatched level of care and hospitality. This place sets a new standard for customer service, I was very well looked after and appreciated the staff’s efforts to deliver a positive experience
◆シドニーセントラルホテル マネージドバイアスコットリミテッドに名称(オペレーター)変更。 ◆重量のあるスーツケースを持参した時分は、駐車場横のスロープから出入りした方がベター。 ◆一般階のツインベッドルームをひとりで使用。実質3～3.5星クラス。歯ブラシ・スリッパ・バスローブ・ペットボトルの水なし。盗難防止のためか、ハンガーの取り外し不可で不便。 ◆バスタブ付なのは嬉しい誤算。湯量も充分。テレビの「オーディオ」で洋楽がBGMとして聴ける。 ◆客室係への内線は繋がらず。オペレーターにバスタオル&ティッシュを追加で依頼するも、届くことはなかった。 ◆朝食ビュッフェはごく普通。マフィンはマアマアの味。クルーはおおむね親切。 ◆中華街至近なので、近辺を散策したい方には悪くないかも。
Great location. I was lucky to receive great service when I checked in from Larissa, who was new to the property but really went above and beyond in treating me kindly and patiently when I was just off a transoceanic flight. I also heard several other service interactions with other guests and they were just exemplary. I would definitely stay here again.
