I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism from NovoFit. After paying a deposit for TRX mats, I experienced months of delays with no proactive communication or updates. Despite their failure to deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe, they refused to refund my deposit, citing vague excuses about "resources and costs."
