Poor customer service and zero communication from Gemma or any one else in the team. I have been attempting to organise a repair job for over three months and have received no responses whatsoever. Emails, texts and phone calls have all gone unanswered. There has been no update since October 2nd. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.
Stay away!!! Buyer Beware. We purchased a Fit3D scanner form this company for $17k and after purchase, there was a then a monthly subscription applied (can’t use it unless you pay subscription). We were advised from Nova that there will be no other payments/fees after the initial purchase. Misleading and dishonest!
