I began seeing Dr. Rauktys in 2023 and had a lovely experience with her. She saw me throughout my pregnancy, helped me deliver my baby in the spring of 2024, and is still my current OB/GYN. I trust her completely, and she has such a wonderfully calm demeanor, which I especially appreciated during my last trimester. Sent my info to collections because they didn’t bill my insurance even though I had to come in early to provide it. Edit: Upon seeing my review they rectified this without me even having to call in, which I very much appreciate since my experience with the doctor was absolutely fine , so I updated my review from 1 to 4 stars. I had an appointment set up for an ultrasound on my ovaries, considering I don’t know if I have a tumor on one of my ovaries or if it’s cysts, I called to check in to make sure that my appointment was still there because no one called me to check to see if I was going to be coming in today and not only did they not schedule me for my appointment even though I scheduled my appointment face-to-face with. these people they were incredibly unprofessional about it. I had a horrible experience for a child delivery with Dr Rauktys because she is being neglected and careless. It caused a lot of complications for my healthy and happy pregnancy. I guess she was happy to make more money after she made this nightmare. I do not recommend her. You cannot trust her.
