Great personal staff. Worked with me in all my issues and found solutions. RMT staff are great as well. Booking appointments via Text instead of the Boomer email way is amazing.
Everyone is friendly and Alecs is a great therapist. She was able right from the beginning to zero in on exactly where my pain is worst and focus in own the trouble areas to be more pain free!! I recommend Novo, and particularly Alecs to anyone!!

I highly recommend booking in with Nadine for any of your feeding questions/ concerns. I reached out to her as baby and I were struggling with breastfeeding. He had a shallow latch which was resulting in a lot of pain for myself. After talking through things with Nadine, she was able to provide suggestions and resources to help us navigate the early days of breastfeeding. Within a day or two baby of meeting with Nadine baby had started latching properly which made breastfeeding pain free - how it should be! 11/10 experience.
