Good customer service
Great experience the entire way. We needed some interior painting done, and they showed up promptly, had a reasonable quote, and worked really quickly. Good communication throughout. Everything looks great.
Our experience with Novo was exceptional from start to finish. Cole was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. His communication expert, Nina, was priceless, and the crew that painted our house did a beautiful job in much less time than we expected. All at what we felt was a very fair price. Overall, couldn’t be happier.
As a former employee, i need to say that management is very rude to his workers and pushes them to the limit. He preaches a positive work culture while exhausting his people. He will fire anyone that speaks up and tries to better the environment because he is threatened by any idea not his own. COLE HAS A MASSIVE EGO THAT NEEDS TO BE CHECKED. That's the reason why Novo is "always hiring".
