Impossible to get someone to speak with you. On day number 4 of trying to reach them, have been listening to recording each day for more than 6 hrs. NO ONE ANSWERS CALL FOR ANY PROMPTS INCLUDING IF HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO MEDICATION. I HAVE TRIED EVERYONE, NEW PATIENT, DOCTORS OFFICE, ETC.. GET THE SAME RESPONSE, prompt tells you wait time is 49 minutes but after waiting 6 hour (what gives, seems there is no one at the company)
