I have had great service from Novonordisk for years since being on Ozempic for Type 2 Diabetes. It's worked great, but since switching to Neovance Pharmacy, it's been a pain. Wait times for Neovance have been over an hour, and when you DO finally get to talk to someone, they either say they need to switch you to a different department, or transfer your call back to Novonordisk. Calling and calling…same bs, script is in process…for over two weeks!!!Horrible experience.
one of the wegovy 0.5mg pen just leaked, and the needle hub was all wet upon removing the pen after all clicks, with 5-6 drops on the floor. I reported the leakage to the company. They refused a replacement or exchange. They said they don't care if it is defective or not. They said I was not eligible. And even if I'm willing to cooperate to send the pen back to test if it's faulty, they said they will still not provide me with the exchange/ replacement.
