They have had my prescription for My Diabetes since Mar 29th. Was supposed to recieve another 1 year supply. Dr sent prescription Again in May. I ran out of my meds june . I am sick and terminally ill. This has cause me to have a shut down to my system. All diabetes issues returned and i can barely walk. THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF CONCERN IS LITERALLY TAKING MY LIFE. WILL IN BE IN TOUCH WITH HIPAA AND THEIR ATTORNEYS
Called to report a defective Novolog pen that came apart as I removed the pen cap. I was on the phone for 27 minutes before someone answered.
I contacted customer service today regarding my savings. The supervisor refused to accomodate me even after I discussed with her in length the issue. I decided to contact Head quarters and was on hold for an hour and no one ever picked up the phone. This is a multi billion dollar company and the fact that the customer service is trash is very concerning and alarming.

I have had great service from Novonordisk for years since being on Ozempic for Type 2 Diabetes. It's worked great, but since switching to Neovance Pharmacy, it's been a pain. Wait times for Neovance have been over an hour, and when you DO finally get to talk to someone, they either say they need to switch you to a different department, or transfer your call back to Novonordisk.
