I have been using the awiqli pen for diabetes and it just started malfunctioning. Customer service was terrible and virtually non existent. I will no longer be their loyal customer. If they do not support their products why bother with them?

Novo Nordisk produces so much garbage!! I'm using the Vagifem estradiol inserted to the vagina. The inserts are long plastic tubes wrapped in foil and more plastic. So much garbage! I'd like to purchase the Estradiol capsule only -- and not all that other wasteful garbage. Or the estradiol in a creme. Either of these I can insert with my own finger. These plastic inserts are unacceptable!

Absolutely garbage. Pens break constantly. Not covered by drug plans and cost over 250 a pen. Have three broken company reduces to take them back. It is a scam. You pay for the stuff and you only get to use one third. Absolutely the worst gimmick I have seen. Total scam. Have sent back three.pens and they keep returning the broken pens. Have asked to be reimbursed to date they refuse to. So almost 1000 dollars in layout and owe have nothing to show for it and the company refuses to do anything

Poor quality control. Pen failed to administer 3rd dose. I obtained a replacement from my pharmacy. Called and actually spoke to a Novo Nordisk representative, the infamous, useless Monica. Turns out, the needle pack in the provide pen had 2 defective needles causing flow to be negated (I had to use a loupe to see the defect) still, zero compensation for lost product.
