David at Novo Furniture was super helpful when we came into his store, searching for new sofas - He answered all my annoying questions regarding the pros and cons of various features. Another reason we bought our sofas from him is that we were able to customize not only the upholstery, but the style and material of the legs, the length of the sofas and even whether we wanted arms on the sofas. We purchased a sofa with David about 5 months ago now. The couch is very well made and looks fantastic, but the best aspect of our purchase at Novo has been the customer service. David has answered all of our concerns before and after delivery of the sofa, and genuinely cares that his customers get the best service along with a great product. Would highly recommend friends and family to shop here.
Amazing place with lots of selection. The owner is extremely patient and never pushy, he lets the product do the talking. I honestly would only recommend this store if you need any furniture. It local and reasonably priced. We're happy with the bed that we got but above all, we were very happy with the service David and his delivery team provided us. Thank you again!

I bought my first Van Gogh sectional from David at Novo furniture and he has gone over and above in the whole purchase process! He was not pushy or overwhelming in his showroom; he gave me space but was always readily available when I needed a question answered. He was personal, knowledgeable, and friendly. When my couch arrived from Van Gogh there was a minor issue. David was quick to advocate for me and resolved the issue promptly and professionally. The whole experience was lovely. I can’t recommend Novo enough!
