Cannot say enough great things about David and Novo furniture. Really helpful advice, relaxed and easy buying process, wonderful delivery experience and high quality furniture.
I cannot recommend David & Novo furniture enough. We purchased (2 years ago) an Annie Sectional couch with medium foam and Breton Deep Sage fabric. The couch still looks and feels like new. The pricing was incredibly competitive, the couch was made to order in the lower mainland and delivery was easy and convenient. This will be a couch we own for life.
Do NOT shop here, they advertise Vangogh products at a low cost to take your deposit but then never deliver them, not good
David at Novo Furniture was super helpful when we came into his store, searching for new sofas - He answered all my annoying questions regarding the pros and cons of various features. Another reason we bought our sofas from him is that we were able to customize not only the upholstery, but the style and material of the legs, the length of the sofas and even whether we wanted arms on the sofas. We purchased a sofa with David about 5 months ago now. The couch is very well made and looks fantastic, but the best aspect of our purchase at Novo has been the customer service. David has answered all of our concerns before and after delivery of the sofa, and genuinely cares that his customers get the best service along with a great product. Would highly recommend friends and family to shop here.
