I bought my first Van Gogh sectional from David at Novo furniture and he has gone over and above in the whole purchase process! He was not pushy or overwhelming in his showroom; he gave me space but was always readily available when I needed a question answered. He was personal, knowledgeable, and friendly. When my couch arrived from Van Gogh there was a minor issue. David was quick to advocate for me and resolved the issue promptly and professionally. The whole experience was lovely. I can’t recommend Novo enough!
We purchased a sofa from Novo Furniture and David made the entire experience easy and relaxed. He is extremely knowledgeable to help answer your questions and was very accomodating for our customizing the specs of the sofa to make the delivery process into our space super easy. We're thoroughly enjoying our new sofa and would recommend Novo for your furniture needs!

David at Novo Furniture is an absolute gem of a human. We bought three couches here recently and are so happy with all of them. Delivery was smooth and easy. Give yourself lots of time between ordering and delivering but I promise it’s worth it. Lovely to have such an easy and friendly process - and supporting local businesses is so important. 10/10!

I also appreciate your partnership with locally crafted Van Gogh - it was great to go to their warehouse and sit on their furniture and see all the fabrics. I will enjoyed this couch forever!
